At Liberty Supported Living, we believe that relationships shape everything, and it starts with the people delivering the support.
Our team is made up of key workers, managers, mentors, and support staff who show up with consistency, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness. Some have worked with young people for decades, others bring fresh perspectives and lived experience. What they all share is a belief in care that feels human, present, and patient.
Our staff take time to build trust, by noticing the little things, following through on the important things, and being there when it matters.

At Liberty, Fred leads with a calm confidence. His work is grounded in knowledge, but driven by heart, and above all, a genuine passion for helping young people feel safe, seen, and supported.

Nicole brings academic knowledge, energy, and advocacy into everything she does. A psychology graduate from the University of Leicester, she combines curiosity and compassion to support each young person with care that’s both thoughtful and practical.
Whether she’s organising group activities or simply holding space for a young person who needs to talk, Nicole is present and purposeful. She’s deeply passionate about advocating for vulnerable young people; it shows in the way she builds relationships, celebrates progress, and helps young people feel that they have someone truly in their corner.
Whether you’re a young person thinking about moving in, a professional making a referral, or someone considering joining our team, we want you to see the people who make Liberty Supported Living feel like Liberty Supported Living.
